Cypress Beach House
Cypress Beach House is the flagship rooftop restaurant at Inn at the Pier Pismo Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton.
While undergoing renovation, Katie directed an agency on the new naming, branding, uniforms, and menu development. In addition, she worked closely with the project designer and artist directing custom mural graphics and signage. She led the F&B and architectural photo shoots, developed the website utilizing Squarespace, supported the community opening events and directed the PR firm for opening press coverage.
She currently maintains the website, produces email campaigns, and partners with the team to promote all local on-site activations.
